Who we are
RNKD UP is a discovery and reputation solution based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, serving businesses worldwide. This policy covers the marketing website at www.rnkdup.com. Use of the RNKD UP application is governed separately.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, business name, and message. These submissions are handled through GoHighLevel and stored in our CRM.
- Cookieless analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, privacy-first traffic data with no cookies and no personal identifiers. It runs without consent because it cannot identify you.
- Optional analytics, only with consent. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. If you decline, these never load.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, book and prepare for calls, understand how the site is used, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent (CASL)
We rely on your consent for optional analytics and for any marketing communication. You can withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-out requests promptly.
Sharing and third parties
We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless analytics), GoHighLevel (form and CRM), and, with your consent, Google, Meta, and Microsoft for analytics and retargeting. See the cookie policy for specifics. We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and we do not sell it.
Data retention
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then deleted or anonymized. Cloudflare Web Analytics retains aggregate data for six months. Cookie-based analytics follow each provider's retention, summarized on the cookie policy.
Security
The marketing site is static and sets no login cookies. We apply appropriate safeguards to the information we hold and work only with providers that do the same.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us through the contact page or at hello@rnkdup.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
